Really good food! I personally stop by every Saturday morning to pick up a breakfast burrito and it's always good. I like to order ahead and am always greeted by someone kind and friendly at the cashier station. Extra sauce is recommended. Enjoy!

Food was good but a little overpriced for what you get. Definitely easily made at home for a fraction of the cost.

The Flying Yolk is a solid spot for breakfast sandwiches and burritos, and it definitely delivers on flavor! I've visited a couple of times, and while I enjoyed the food overall, there are a few things worth noting. I got the Flying Fried, and it was delicious! The soft brioche bun paired perfectly with the crispy tots, making for a great contrast in texture. I was also ecstatic to find the Lomo Saltado steak bowl on the breakfast menu--it was smoky, soy-heavy, and packed with umami. It's not often you get to enjoy such a flavorful bowl first thing in the morning, and I absolutely loved it. That said, my only gripe is with the pricing. For example, the difference between the Flying Fried and the Cali Fried is literally just a slice of tomato and avocado, but it comes with a $4 upcharge. Their steak & eggs burrito is $21, which feels exorbitant - especially when "LA's most expensive burrito" is $18 and justifies its price with grass-fed beef and organic eggs. The food here is solid, and I love supporting local businesses, but the prices feel a bit unreasonable for what you're getting. The service is friendly and quick, and the casual vibe makes it a nice spot to grab breakfast or brunch. If you're okay with the prices, it's worth a try!

A little pricey but overall a great breakfast spot. Super filling. Salsa sauces outside by the utensil station which its good cause you dont feel like you are asking for to much or make you feel like it can be extra. Service was quick and easy. You order on your phone or on a ipad and even by the cashier. Very cool vibes and great music

Cute little breakfast spot here in Simi that makes a great breakfast sandwich. Small location so it might be challenging to find a table during certain times but still worth the visit

I've been excited about trying this place for a long time. What an incredible place. Wonderful food. Super kind and helpful staff.

I was greeted with a warm hello by Addison. The entire restaurant is decorated very nicely for Halloween. The floors, counters, bathrooms are super clean. The food is delicious. I got one egg and it's like eating 2 eggs. Their portions are really giving you your moneys worth. Their food is fresh and fills you up. The view is wonderful. My daughter & I sat in front of the window because it was such a nice view. The atmosphere is laid back. You have people of all ages coming in here. Everyone that comes in here are so chill. I love this place! The staff are warm and patient and make anyone around them feel upbeat. There is plenty of parking and since it's in a shopping center, lots of stores. This restaurant will start your day off right. Enjoy!

Stumbled on this place while on a trip to a paintball store in the area. This little restaurant is a great spot for breakfast. Clean and organized with a nice atmosphere and a lot of character. You can order at one of the kiosk as you enter. Just wait til they call your name and you're ready to enjoy a delicious breakfast. I had the Flying Fried. I gotta say it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. The brioche bun was soft but held together well. Filled with egg, cheese crispy tater tots, thick cut bacon and their Fly sauce. The sandwich was well balanced. Not greasy like other breakfast sandwiches I had before. It was delicious. My only regret was not getting the Cali Fried. I think the avocado and tomato would have elevated this sandwich. Creamy avocado with a fresh slice of tomato...Mmm. If I'm ever in the area again. I'm definitely eating at The Flying Yolk.

*4.5 If you haven't yet, I highly recommend you stopping here and eating breakfast because is filthy but amazing !!! You'll leave with Sauce, eggs and cheese all over you fade and hands And is definitely worth it!! We ordered the breakfast burrito and the eggs burger. The breakfast burrito was good but it was missing someone, if someone can point that out Lmk However this burger holy crap it was amazing , crunchy, messy and full of flavor, AMAZING!!! We also ordered some tater tots and those were also good, crunchy and full of flavor!! Service was friendly, and very attentive, environment is very roomy and spacious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!... FULL OF FLAVOR

I've always seen this place but never actually tried it! Oh my gosh, it was amazing! I got the Fried Cali sandwich and it was so delicious. The egg is pretty over easy which I like, but maybe you can request them cooked more if you prefer. The sauce on the sandwich was delicious! The passion tea is also super flavorful and not that sweet, which I love! The service was very good, quick and easy. The place looked clean and you can see where they cook your food. Overall, I love this place now! I'll definitely be back soon to try one of their sweet treats like the waffles.
